Fratini Editore is an independent publishing house that rediscovers forgotten works, brings the pulp genre back to light, and intertwines writing and art through artist-designed covers.

Biography
Founded in Florence on July 16, 2012, FRATINI editore publishes books in electronic and paper formats, with genres ranging from fiction to nonfiction, from poetry to contemporary art. It also includes works that have not yet been translated into Italian or have appeared in older translations, selected from among international editions.Fiction includes a series of specialized series: I CALAMI and I CALAMI BREVI, dedicated to novels and short stories; I CALAMI NERI, dedicated to thrillers; REMEMBER, with accounts of real-life stories; and MELLONTA TAUTA, with a close-up look at "things we see in the future." These are followed by SPILLO, for children, and BACO NERO, for teenagers, which characterize a section reserved for younger readers.
Its distinctive feature is the extreme care taken with the covers, entrusted to contemporary artists as privileged illustrators. This graphic detail, combined with a careful selection of content, aims to make the book, in its highest sense, a valuable artifact even in the digital edition, worthy of equal status with the more traditional paper version. The publishing house's versatile profile is defined by multiple areas of interest, in keeping with a research-focused approach that embraces not only classic literary genres but also specialized reading categories. With a view to offering a wide range of subject matter and embracing increasingly innovative and interactive technological communication, FRATINI Editore looks to the future, increasingly aware of the new challenges that lie ahead.
Since 2024, the publishing house has been based in the city of Bergamo.
