How do I log in and access my account?
The login link is valid for 14 days from its generation and can only be used once. Once logged in, the session remains active until you close your browser or the session expires. If you close your browser or log out, you will need to request a new login link to access your personal account again. During each login session, you will still be able to enter your information (email), view your order history, and manage your profile.

How do I find out the status of my order?
You can request the status of your order or the tracking number (if you chose tracked shipping) at any time by writing to ordinifratinieditore@gmail.com, including your name and surname and order number.

Can I order from abroad?
You can send your order by email to ordinifratinieditore@gmail.com, specifying the book title, the number of copies, and your shipping and/or billing address. You consent to the processing of your data for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

Can I ship the package to an address other than my own?
Yes, you can do this during the order process by filling in the shipping information differently than the billing information.

Can I request an invoice?
Absolutely. Since 2019, products have been shipped with an electronic invoice. When filling out the shipping address, you must provide your tax code or VAT number. A paper copy in PDF format will be sent via email with the purchased product.

Can I exercise the right of withdrawal?
If you are not satisfied with the product you received, you can return it within ten days of delivery. Please send the return along with a written notification via email to ordinifratinieditore@gmail.com, indicating your order number. Only books that are free of signs of wear, photocopying, or scanning will be accepted. Shipping costs and bank fees will be deducted. Ebook returns are not accepted.
