Giancarlo Micheli
Writer and poet, he lives in Viareggio. He has published: his first story "Fuckingfist" (2004 Baroni Editore), his first poems in the anthology "L'ora d'aria dei cani" (2003), his first poetry collection "Canto senza preghiera" (2004), his first novel "Elegia provinciale" (2007), in its second edition published by Fratini editore. His other works: "Indie Occidentali" (2008 Campanotto), "La Grazie Sufficiente" (2010 Campanotto), "Romanzo per la mano sinistra" (2016 Edizioni Manni), "Il fine del mondo" (2016 Landolfi editore) and "Versus Vesrus Capital" (2020 Edizioni Effigie).

Fabrizio de Sanctis
Born in Florence in 1953, he practices criminal law. A lover of crime literature and cinema, he aspires to one day be counted among the thriller genre's leading writers. Besides writing, his passions include music, which he cultivates by playing in a blues-rock band, and the Fiorentina football team. He was a finalist for the 2014 Alberto Tedeschi Prize from Giallo Mondadori with his unpublished novel "L'ultima corsa." He has published FORMAT with Fratini Editore, MINCHIATE with Porto Seguro, and recently TESTA DI SERPENTE with Edizioni JollyRoger.

Cesare Zumbolo
Born in 1960 in Casal di Principe (CE). He lives in Florence where he works in financial administration. He has a degree in Political Science and has collaborated with various publications and magazines in the Aversa area. He is interested in everything related to writing, as well as the micro-histories of everyday life. His debut book, "Casale Africano," was published by Fratini Editore.

Walter Catalano
Born in Florence in 1958, he graduated in literature and is a teacher. He has worked as a critic, screenwriter, and film and television director (with several reports for RAI), collaborating with various magazines, including "Carmilla on line e pulp," "Urania," and "If." He co-edited Ambigue utopie: 19 racconti di fantaresistenza (Bietti, 2010) and Sinistre presenze (Sinister presences) (Bietti, 2013) with Gian Filippo Pizzo. He is the co-author of various guides (Odoya) and the sole editor of the volume Guida alla Letteratura Noir (Guide to Noir Literature). He edits the Mellonta Tauta series for Fratini Editore with Gian Filippo Pizzo, Luca Ortino, and Roberto Chiavini.

Luca Ortino
Born in Florence in 1964, a graduate in Political Science, he has been interested in science fiction since a very young age, from a collector to a collaborator first at Perseo Libri and then at Edizioni della Vigna, for which he edited the anthologies Volterra in giallo e nero with P. Gasparri (2011) and I sogni di Cartesio with G. Panella (2012). He has edited anthologies of genre stories, especially science fiction, noir, horror, and westerns. He co-directed, with the Maelstrom Group of which he is a member, series dedicated to the recovery of 1930s pulp fiction for Fratini Editore and La Ponga editrice.

Gian Filippo Pizzo
A graduate in international political science, he served as a library assistant at the University of Florence. His numerous publications in the fields of science fiction and fantasy have earned him the World SF Italia Science Fiction Promotion Award in 1995, the Premio Italia for Science Fiction Nonfiction in 1997, 2002, 2015, and 2012, and the Vegetti Prize for Science Fiction Nonfiction in 2013. Among his most recent books are Guida alla letteratura di scienza (Odoya). Since 1986, he has written a regular column in the monthly magazine Il giornale dei misteri.

Roberto Chiavini
Author of numerous volumes, published by Odoya (The War of Secession 2018; The War of the Roses, 2019; The Dark Side of the Roman Army). He translated the work "Challenge to Hell Canyon" (2014) by Robert E. Howard and edits the Mellonta Tauta Collection together with Gian Filippo Pizzo, Luca Ortino and Roberto Chiavini. for Fratini Editore.

Francesco Michi
Musician and sound artist. He lives and works in Florence, with a degree in Philosophy and a diploma in Electronic Music. In 1982, together with Mechi Cena and Jorge Martinez, he founded FORMAT - Architetture Sonore, a group of musicians who experiment with creative approaches. Since 1999, he has also been involved in music on the web. Two series of broadcasts produced by Radio Svizzera Italiana with Mechi Cena on the relationship between humans and the sound environment gave rise to "Esseri Rumorosi. Brevi racconti del sonoro," published by Fratini Editore in 2015.

Menotti Galeotti
A law graduate, he was active in politics within the PCI (Italian Communist Party) until becoming a Senator of the Italian Republic. A poet, writer, and a great man of letters, he was a friend of literary critic Rodolfo Tommasi. He authored numerous poetry collections, novels, and short stories, published by Helicon, Polistampa, Bastogi, and Libroitaliano from 1999 to 2014. "Metafore nel tempo" (Metaphors in Time) is his poetry collection, published by Fratini Editore in 2014. He passed away in 2017.

Rodolfo Tommasi
Since 1964, he has been a journalist and literary critic in the fields of literature and music. He worked for RAI from 1970 to 1997 on the cultural programs of GR3, publishing his first poems in the magazine "Letteratura" in 1967 at the invitation of Mario Luzi and Giuseppe Ungaretti. In 1974, with Vallecchi, he published "Sotto stracci di lotte," followed by the Trilogia del silenzio. He also wrote numerous essays, including "Sotto il pentagramma" for Fratini Editore in 2013, and edited the Suite series for the same publishing house. He also published with Helicon and Sansoni. He passed away in 2015.

Cena Match
He studied electronic music and computer music. With Francesco Michi and Jorge Martinez (a Chilean composer and guitarist), he founded the group F.lli Format – Architetture sonore. He worked as a sound engineer in a recording studio, and later, at least until 1989, in the theatre with Leo de Berardinis' company. He created radio plays, short stories, fantastic biographies and radio documentaries for RAI and Radio della Svizzera italiana. Together with Francesco Michi, he published "Esseri rumorosi" (Frattini editore) in 2015, and "Suonetti" (2018), and on his own "Le femmine del Babbuino" (2016 Mezzelane).

Francesco Capaldo
Teacher, writer, poet, and literary critic. He has published numerous novels and poems: Narciso (2005, Ippogrifo Editions), Fino in Fondo (2008, Progetto Cultura Editions). Among his most important essays is Leopardi tra critica e variantistica (2010, Sangel Editions). He has published the collection of poems Voce Nova with Fratini Editore.

Pierfrancesco Prosperi
An architect and prolific science fiction writer and cartoonist from Arezzo, he is one of Italy's leading uchronic writers. He has published over one hundred science fiction short stories in leading publications and anthologies, including several translated works, as well as numerous novels. In 2014, Fratini Editore published "Undicimila Settembre."

Francesco Torchia

A teacher and PhD in philosophy, she has published several articles on Nietzsche's thought, including a monograph on aphoristic writing (Il respiro più lungo. L'aforisma nelle opere di F. Nietzsche, Ets, Pisa, 2012). Passionate about poetry, she contributed to the translation from German of Dieter Schlesak, Siebzig Mal Durst, Grenzen Los. Gedichte (Seventy Times Seven. Beyond the Limit. Poems, Ets, Pisa, 2006). LIRIOPE, published by Fratini Editore, is her first poetry anthology.

Born in Veneto in 1951, she has lived in Tuscany for many years. Her diverse interests range from art history to medicinal plants to creative writing. A writer of poems, short stories, and fairy tales, she has received numerous awards for her compositions. Her publications include: "La zanzara Clara e la nebulosa di Krebs" (Fratini Editore), the collection of poems "Frammenti di vita" (I due colli edizioni), the novel "Quando la vita ti sorpresa" (When life surprises you), and the fairy tale "Floralina and the forest of evil" (Antipodes).
